St Patrick’s Day Snack Ideas

St. Patrick’s day is such a fun holiday, especially for kids. There are so many amazing snack and craft ideas for you to make in celebration of this lucky day! Pick a few of these festive snacks to make with your kids this Saint Patrick’s day! 

Fruit Loops Rainbow Snacks
Your kids will love making this cute and edible rainbow snack! Just give the kid’s the ingredients and let them go to town making their own rainbow treat. You will need Fruit Loops, pipe cleaners, and powdered sugar donuts (or marshmallows) for the clouds on either side of the rainbow. Yum! 

Saint Patrick’s Day Sherbert Float
If you are looking for a fun afternoon snack to celebrate Saint Patrick’s day with then you might like this Saint Patrick’s Day Sherbert Float. Lime sherbert, lemon-lime soda, whipped cream, Airheads Extreme Bites candy, and green and white sprinkles are all you need for this special treat. 

Rainbow Leprechaun Treats
These rainbow leprechaun treats are incredibly easy to make and perfect for taking to school and handing them out to classmates. All you need for this one is some plastic bags, fruit loops cereal, and marshmallows!  

St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow Snack Cups

For this special snack, you will need vanilla pudding, green food coloring, whipped cream, crushed Oreo cookies, and green food coloring! What a great dessert for the holiday!

If you want to make a fun snack with the kids for St. Patrick’s day you might love these super sweet Leprechaun houses. You will need a few more ingredients for this one than these other treats but they are a lot of fun to make AND eat!   

Rainbow Waffles
Rainbow waffles
are a colorful and tasty way to start the day on Saint Patrick’s day! All you need for this special breakfast surprise is waffle batter, food coloring, piping bags, whipped cream, and rainbow-colored sprinkles. Use the food coloring in the batter to create a rainbow pattern, and whipped cream and sprinkles to make the clouds at the end of the rainbow.
