Spring Cocktails

Hi Friends!

Spring has finally arrived which means it is finally porch-sitting weather. Do you know what you need while sitting on the porch admiring the spring flowers?

A delicious spring cocktail! Here are several different spring cocktail recipes for you to try this year!

Grapefruit Frozen Flowers with Prosecco

Are you looking for a pretty spring cocktail, maybe for a bridal shower or brunch with the girls? Then this grapefruit and prosecco mimosa is the recipe for you.

You will need a rose-shaped ice tray like this one, grapefruit juice, and Prosecco.

Simply make your rose ice cubes the night before, and when ready for serving, put one ice cube in each glass and top with Prosecco.

Lemon Drop Martini

There is just something so refreshing about lemons, especially in the warm air of spring. If you are a fan of fresh lemon flavor you will love these lemon drop martinis. These are easy to make, and pretty to look at too!

Strawberry Margaritas

Strawberry margaritas are the perfect spring cocktail for sipping and sharing while enjoying the beautiful weather. Frozen strawberries with a hint of orange and lime juice or the key to this delicious drink!

Citrus Pineapple Sangria

If you are looking for a sweet twist on sangria then you might enjoy this citrus pineapple sangria. Pineapple juice, lime water, white wine, basil, and mint all come together beautifully in this simple sangria recipe.

Passionfruit Palomas

Don’t you just love the flavor of passion fruit? It just tastes so tropical! Tequila, lime juice, sparkling water, passionfruit juice or pulp, and agave syrup come together for this spring cocktail.

Mint Julep

The mint julep is a classic spring cocktail, often associated with the southern states and the Kentucky Derby. Mint juleps are incredibly easy to make with just a few simple ingredients: bourbon, sugar cubes (or simple syrup), mint, and crushed ice. A perfect porch-sipping cocktail.

Pink Lemonade Italian Spritz

If you are looking for a simple spring cocktail it doesn’t get much easier than this three-ingredient drink. Pink lemonade, Prosecco, and club soda. You can “fancy” it up by adding a few fresh raspberries to your glasses.

Lavender Peach Wine Slushies

Lavender and peach make the perfect springtime flavor combination in these lavender peach wine slushies. First, you make a simple syrup infused with lavender flavor, then combine it with peach schnapps, lemonade, and a bottle of white or rose wine. This cocktail needs to be made in advance so that it has time to become a slushie!

Malibu Driver

With only two ingredients this cocktail couldn't be any easier to make, it would be perfect for brunch and/or serving a crowd because you just pour it together. All you need for this tasty cocktail is a Malibu coconut rum, and your favorite orange juice.

Peach Bellini

Spring is the perfect time to serve peach bellinis! They are so easy to make and you don’t have to wait for the first ripe peaches of summer because this recipe calls for frozen peaches! Prosecco, peach Schnapps, and frozen peaches are all you need for this one!

Carrot Moscow Mule

I’ll bet you haven’t thought of putting carrot juice in your cocktails before, but you will after you try this recipe. Carrot juice, vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice all come together and complement each other in this spring cocktail.

Which of these spring cocktails do you plan to try out first?

xoxo,
Ari
